bryce explosion trial

this is the result of the first time ive sat down for more than 5 minutes trying to figure bryce out and get used to it.. if you could give any tips or suggestions it would be great to help me get better and go in the right direction learning bryce, thanks. [it quit anti-aliasing half way thru and since it was 1 in the morning i didnt feel like waiting another 1/2 hour for it to render again.. sorry for the poor quality of it, if i get any requests to ill post up the fully rendered version]
